（ただしアセット以上の付加価値を提供とアセットを容易に取り出す事が出来ない状態で配布が必要）

１回の購入につき1人分のライセンスが配布されます。
（チームで使う場合はユーザー数分のアセットのご購入が必要です）
【アセットの定義】
販売している画像素材、及びそれに付属するデータ全般（利用規約のテキストなどを含むすべてのデータ）を指します。
【アセット以上の付加価値の定義】
生のアセットデータをそのまま利用せず、ゲームへの組み込みや、動画・イラストの素材として使用など、副次的な利用を行う事を指します。
【アセットを容易に取り出す事が出来ない状態の定義】
・素材を組み込んだゲームのビルド済みデータ
・上から加筆された画像や動画
・dll化などで難読化されたデータ

【具体的な利用範囲】
・販売用のゲームでの使用
・映像コンテンツでの使用
・イラストの作画用素材として使用

【禁止事項】
・同一もしくは類似して見える、生のアセットデータを転売・再配布
・複数人でのアセットの貸し借り、ライセンス共有
（チームで使う場合はユーザー数分のアセットのご購入が必要）
・アセットの商品価値を損なう行為
・アセットデータの自作発言などユーザーを混乱させる発言・言動
・公序良俗に反する行為や他者への誹謗中傷目的での利用
【注意事項】
センシティブな表現での使用に制限はありません。
が、周りの方への配慮の上、自己責任でお願いします。
【改変について】
改変は自由です。

Commercial and non-commercial use is allowed
(but must provide added value beyond the assets and must be distributed in a manner that prevents the assets from being easily retrieved)

One license is distributed per one purchase.
(For team use, you will need to purchase assets for a number of users)
[[Definition of assets]]
Assets are defined as image materials for sale and all accompanying data (all data including the text of the Terms of Use, etc.).
[[Definition of value-added over assets]]
The definition of “value-added over and above assets” refers to the use of raw asset data for secondary purposes, such as incorporation into games or use as material for videos or illustrations, rather than using the data as is.
[[Definition of the state in which the asset cannot be easily removed]]
This refers to the secondary use of raw asset data, such as incorporating it into a game or using it as material for a video or illustration, rather than using it as-is.

[[Prohibited items]]
* Resale or redistribution of raw asset data that appears to be identical or similar.
* Asset lending and license sharing among multiple people.
(For team use, you must purchase enough assets for each user.)
* Actions that undermine the product value of the asset.
* Statements and actions that confuse users, such as self-creation of asset data.
* Use of the site for activities that are offensive to public order and morals or for the purpose of slandering others.

There are no restrictions on the use of sensitive expressions.
However, please be aware of your surroundings and use at your own risk.
